Doing the Dismal

About a year ago or so some members of our local paddling club, the Chesapeake Paddlers Association, took it upon themselves to convince the Army Corp of Engineers to not close a paddle in campsite in Virginia's Dismal Swamp. This month we had an excellent opportunity to use the campsite. The songbird migration was in full flight, and we were treated to great birding and great weather.
